Refund and Cancellation Policy
At ORMEDY, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality hair and skin care products along with a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made through our official website.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel your order, please contact us at support email- help@ormedy.com with your Order ID. - After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You can still contact us if your order has any issues upon arrival (see
refund policy below).
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and opened.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
- You received a damaged or leaking product
- You received the wrong item
- Items were missing from your order
To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the outer packaging and product
- Provide your Order ID and issue description

REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement within 5–7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue refunds via UPI or bank transfer upon collecting your details securely.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
- Opened or used products
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Delay in delivery due to courier or weather conditions (unless significantly delayed)
ORMEDY reserves the right to accept or reject request for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold ORMEDY liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund policy.
